Retail solutions: ScanVue® price verifier and checker
NRT’s retail expertise and broad vision of integration ideas contributed to the development and implementation of a price verifier for a major Canadian retail chain. This NRT-developed and customized iSeries application features a language toggle (English or French), product description, price verification, and, at the same time, displays other available products, services, and promotions.
The NRT price verification solution brings full-colour graphic advertising and customer entertainment to the in-store price checker. Our solution improves customer service and productivity of store personnel by displaying both text and graphics to the consumer on a 5.5"-LCD colour display. Our solution allows the retailer to display marketing messages and advertising (with full graphics) while the system is not in use. Retailers can even group the units to deliver targeted departmental messages.
IEE's ScanVue® is a new type of price checker / verifier that also includes dynamic point-of-purchase (POP) advertising capabilities between price scans. We offer this product at a competitive price compared with nongraphical, price checkers / verifiers that do not have advertising capabilities. In most cases, the ScanVue will cost less!
