NRT Technology Corp. announces organizational changes
Toronto, ON – January 28, 2005 - NRT Technology Corp. is pleased to announce some organizational changes to better serve our client base and to reflect our continuing commitment as a client-centric company. The new organizational structure will improve technical support for our customers, cultivate a proactive relationship with NRT's external interfaces, and facilitate a better understanding of our clients' current and strategic business needs.
Our organizational changes are as follows:
- Ray Deffner has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President.
- Client support, installation, and training functions have been consolidated into the Software Development and Support department. Headed by Ralph Lombardi, Vice President of Software Development and Support, this organization will enhance internal efficiencies of customer-related functions and will provide our clients with one focal point for training, technical services, problem resolution, and escalation.
- The Sales department has been re-aligned to reflect the importance of a growing North American client base and the globalization of NRT value-added solutions. Rosa Laricchia has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, to lead this department.
- A new department, Client Management, will manage all installations at client sites and will champion our customers' requirements within NRT. Led by Art Ayow, Vice President of Client Management, this change will allow NRT to better anticipate our clients' business needs, formulate more effective product strategies, and cultivate external relationships.
- Our Operations department is committed to improving our products and service quality. With the leadership of Gary Lindsay, Vice President of Operations, service, manufacturing, and warehouse logistics in our Operations department consistently meet industry and regulatory standards. Additionally, high quality standards are set for our products, which results in NRT exceeding our customers' expectations.
