NRT Technology Corp. announces distribution agreement with Nanoptix Inc.

Toronto, ON – August 31, 2006 – NRT Technology Corp. announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with Nanoptix Inc., a global terminal printer solutions provider. Under this agreement, NRT will sell and provide service for the Nanoptix line of Paycheck™ gaming thermal printers throughout Canada and Macau.

The Nanoptix Paycheck™ gaming printer is the most reliable printer of all ticket-in, ticket out printer options available. It has a print head life of 100 km (approximately 640,000 slot-type tickets), which is over twice that of the nearest competitor. It can print a ticket in 1.2 seconds, so a presenter is unnecessary.

Additionally, the printer is hot-swappable, which means less downtime, as there is no need to power down the gaming device to either replace faulty printers or wait for the machine to reboot itself. Its jam-resistant bezel design prevents paper jams, resulting in the gaming device being in play for a longer period.

"NRT is ecstatic to be working with Nanoptix," indicated Ray Deffner, executive vice president at NRT. "This distribution agreement both strengthens and broadens our ability to serve our customers in Canada and Macau. It further makes our QuickJack™ jackpot and patron dispensing systems second to none in the gaming sector."
