John Dominelli
President & CEO
With over 4 decades of experience within the gaming and retail technology industries; NRT Technology Corp.’s founder John Dominelli, is a figure of success. Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, John’s vision, passion and determination, are the driving forces behind NRT’s success, and has made the organization what it is today.
During these years, John had progressively developed extensive knowledge of the point-of-sale and gaming industries and had established a solid network of key contacts throughout North America. As a member of Innovators Alliance, John meets with fellow CEO’s within various industries every month to discuss key issues and challenges they all face as leaders of fast growing businesses. It is an open forum for all to share ideas and learn from one another’s experience and knowledge.

Ray Deffner
Senior Executive Vice President
Joining NRT in January 2003, Ray brings 40 years experience, offering a diverse, executive level skill set coupled with an experiential background within the data processing industry. In addition to seeking out the various markets that would benefit from NRT products, Ray is primarily accountable for all issues and matters surrounding compliance.
Prior to joining NRT, Ray worked with Casino Niagara where he turned to NRT for systems solutions. During this time, Ray saw the potential to apply the same technology to the gaming industry. In 2000, Casino Niagara became the first recipient of the QuickJack redemption system, a pioneer product of NRT Technology Corp.
Ray possesses extensive knowledge of the banking, retail and gaming industries. Combined with a degree in Business Administration and his service with the United States Marine Corps, Ray is an important asset to NRT Technology Corp.

James Grundy
Chief Financial Officer
With over 20 years of experience within the business and financial industries, James is responsible for overseeing all financial matters relating to: Corporate Finance, Acquisition, Financial Planning & Strategy, Budgets and Financial Gaming Compliance Regulations.
James attained the prestige (Canadian) Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1998. At this time, James practiced tax until his move to Molson Breweries, where he served as Manager, Corporate Taxation, which was followed by a move to become Director, Corporate Taxation. James’ last role served with Molson Breweries was that of Director, Strategic Planning.
In 1999, James transferred to the House of Blues Concerts Canada where he served as Vice President, Strategic Planning. James was responsible for overseeing ongoing business development of the Canadian Concert promotion business. In 2001, James accepted the role of Senior Vice President, Operations and Treasurer of the Canadian Football League where he oversaw all aspects of the business operations of the league office.

Ralph Lombardi
Chief Information Officer
Prior to his role of CIO, Ralph served as Vice President of Software Development and Support at NRT Technology Corp.
He graduated from the University of Toronto with a BSc. in Computer Science and Math. He went on to obtain an MBA in Accounting and Finance.
Prior to NRT, Ralph worked in the IT departments of the University of Toronto, and the financial institutions of CIBC and
American Express. With seven years experience at NRT, Ralph has been instrumental in the growth and development of NRT
products. He is the developer of the original QuickJack jackpot dispensing system, and continues to be involved with the direction and development of the QuickJack system.

Tom Sears
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Tom works out of our Las Vegas office. Prior to joining NRT in 2007, Tom was E.V.P. of Business Development, Global Cash Access (GCA). Prior to joining GCA in March 2002, he spent seven years at Park Place Entertainment as V.P. of Operations and V.P. of Interactive Strategies.
Previously, Tom worked in Operations for 9 years at Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., including positions in five different markets. These included Atlantic City, Reno, Laughlin CA, Las Vegas, and Vicksburg, MS. Mr. Sears began his career at Harrah’s Entertainment,Inc. (then known as Holiday Inns, Inc.) as a labor analyst in 1984 and eventually served as Director of Finance during the opening of the Vicksburg facility.

Rosa Laricchia
Vice President, Sales
Since joining NRT in 2001, Rosa has managed year-over-year sales growth which has resulted in added revenues, increased customers and new territories. Rosa is instrumental in developing business; in addition to negotiating all major corporate accounts, Rosa has primary accountability for validating the evolving business needs of existing clients and cultivating new sales opportunities with prospective clients.
Rosa oversees the Global Sales Department (Canada and the US), which serves as the catalyst for the development of new products, enhancements to current products, submissions for compliance in new jurisdictions and the evolution of internal service groups to meet the needs of an expanding customer base.
As a Certified Project Leader, with a successful background as a management consultant & considerable experience in the corporate retail industry, Rosa continually ensures that NRT technological solutions meet and exceed the business needs of our customers.

Art Ayow
Vice President, Sales (International Gaming, Lotteries and Banking)
Joining NRT in 2005, Art was responsible for cultivating new business opportunities in the international gaming market and in the new vertical industries such as lotteries and banking. In addition to seeking potential opportunities in an international arena, Art manages NRT’s international sales staff, distributors and partners.
With over 20 years of experience within the Banking industry, Art had assumed leadership positions in IT Project Management, point-of-sale product innovations, telecom strategic planning, IT operations, client support and application development. Prior to joining NRT, Art was in charge of technology and business development at a leading supplier of centralized cash vault management systems to the financial services industry.

Gary Lindsay
Vice President, Operations
Joining NRT in 1998, Gary was accountable for all management issues pertaining to the operations of NRT and Cary, primarily focusing on service, manufacturing and warehouse logistics. Gary’s primary responsibilities included the designing, testing and QA measurements of all NRT products. In addition to this, Gary manages hardware support vendors and NRT’s hardware support specialists.
Prior to joining NRT in 1998, Gary was at MAI for 25 years where he held various positions, including Director of Sales, Director of Service and Director of Operations.

Jackie Dominelli
Manager, Human Resources
Jackie has over 25 years of experience in the retail industry in human resources, purchasing, sales, and administration. She was involved in the fashion industry, and owned and operated a ladies fashion boutique. She was also a successful real estate agent.
At NRT, Jackie is in charge of the human resources department. Her responsibilities include developing and coordinating company policies, administrating the company benefit plan, and performing payroll administration and all employee-related matters in both Canada and the United States.
