Jerry's Nugget
Founded in 1964 by Jerry Lodge and Jerry Stamis, Jerry’s Nugget stands today as a significant piece of Las Vegas history. Originally the site of the Town House Bar, the property was purchased and rebuilt as an eighty-foot casino housing a restaurant, bar, keno lounge, a craps table, and a hundred slot machines. Then, in 1968, the owners bought their closest competitor, the Bonanza Club, which hosted the city’s tallest sign - the famous oil derrick. This acquisition added an additional 10,000 square feet. Further enhancements and expansions through the years have grown the property to over 95,000 square feet of gaming and entertainment space.
Still owned and operated by the Stamis family, Jerry’s Nugget has built a reputation on catering to the locals. The emphasis on quality, service, and value continues to be the focus of the property's casino operations. As Jerry’s Nugget celebrates over four decades of gaming entertainment, outstanding service, growth, and success, it remains one of the premiere mid-sized casino properties in North Las Vegas.
