Harrah's Las Vegas Casino
The Rio-inspired, 86,664-square-foot casino features 1,745 slots and seventy-eight table games. The casino has all sorts of festive touches, such as fiber-optic fireworks explosions in the ceiling and confetti pattern carpeting. Be sure to check out the party pits, which are groups of gaming tables where the dealers are encouraged to get as wild as the players with yelling, dancing, and wacky hats.
The rooms in the two main towers are spacious and comfortable, each with an extra triangle of space at the end for a sitting area. The two towers combined have over 2,700 rooms. The furnishings are light and modern, and there is virtually no trace of the party theme, so you can freely relax and unwind.
As you expect in a roomy casino, there are nine restaurants from which to choose. The Range Steak & Seafood was voted Best Steakhouse by Casino Player magazine's "Best of Gaming" 2004.
Patrons can visit several bars, take a dip in the giant pool, workout or relax in their state-of-the-art healthclub and spa, shop or see one of those only-in-Vegas production shows, including Clint Holmes. Outside, the Carnival Court shopping and entertainment area awaits, complete with an outdoor bar and nightclub and a Ghiardelli's chocolate shop.
