Maryland Heights, a community about 15 minutes outside of St. Louis, Missouri, is billed as an entertainment district to the metro area.

Harrah's St. Louis has two casinos at this location. Both the Island and the Mardi Gras casinos, along with a hotel and five restaurants, reside under one roof. There is no admission.

There are approximately 3200 slot machines and 80 gaming tables. Games include blackjack, craps, roulette, and progressive jackpot pai gow poker.

The casino hosts five dining venues. The Stage Left Lounge also hosts live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. Each casino also has a deli. For visitor convenience, there is a 502-room hotel on-site.
