Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort
Owned by the Rincon San Luiseño Band of Mission Indians, Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort opened in August 2002, and was California's first nationally branded casino. Located on the Rincon reservation, which spans 4,200 acres in Valley Center, Harrah's Rincon is one of the most sophisticated gaming establishments in the San Diego area.
The casino features more than 1,600 slot machines, 46 house-banked table games, including blackjack, baccarat, and Pai Gow poker, and Rincon craps, as well as a poker room. Nightly musical entertainment in the Oasis Lounge features country, swing and oldies, while the 900-seat Pavilion features a mix of Vegas-style shows such as Price Is Right Live. The casino's Spirits lounge features plasma screens, music videos, and a flashy bar scene.
Leading the lineup of seven dining options is the upscale Fiore steak and seafood restaurant. There is also an international buffet, an oyster bar, Fortunes noodle bar featuring Chinese fare, the San Luis Rey Cafe starring American comfort food and, for faster service, the Corner Grill. Club Cappuccino specializes in coffees and pastries.
The resort also includes a 200-room hotel tower, with 183 rooms, 14 premiere suites, and three luxury suites. It also has a pool with a poolside bar, and exercise facilities.
