Greektown Casino
Greektown Casino is the first tribal-owned casino in the United States to open on non-tribal lands and is the only 100-percent Michigan-owned gaming destination in Detroit. Opened in November 2000, Greektown Casino offers 2,500 slot machines, over 90 table games, three restaurants, and the Apollo lounge located in the heart of Detroit's vibrant Greektown district.
The solution
In January 2003, Greektown Casino asked NRT to install its QuickJack attendant services systems for jackpot redemption of attendant-paid jackpots and its QuickJack patron services self-service systems. These user-friendly customer service systems provide Greektown Casino patrons with fast and efficient slot ticket cash redemption and bill breaking service.
Additional QuickJack attendant services systems were installed in November 2003.
