Northlands Park

Northlands Park is a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit, community service organization serving Edmonton and North Central Alberta. The Northlands Park hosts a wide variety of sporting and cultural events (for example, Klondike Days Exposition, Canadian Finals Rodeo, and so on). Hosting more than 3.5 million guests each year, Northlands Park ranks as Edmonton's second-largest tourist attraction.

Northlands Park is also a significant participant in the gaming industry. The company continues to operate Canada's original casino during Edmonton's Klondike Days Exposition, and offers year-round slot play at Northlands Spectrum.

The slot venue is over 20,000 square feet, with over 560 slot machines. The property also features year-round live harness and thoroughbred horse racing, simulcast horse racing, and Colours restaurant. The slot room also has a 23-seat SEGA Royal Ascot horse racing simulation game.

The solution

NRT has installed QuickJack attendant services systems at Northlands Park. These user-friendly customer service systems provide casino attendants with fast, efficient jackpot dispensing and bill breaking service.
