Casino Niagara
Casino Niagara offers a total of 100,000 square feet of gaming with more than 2,800 slot machines, 135 table games, four restaurants, and eight bars.
The solution
Casino Niagara became NRT’s first gaming customer. Shortly after opening in December 1996, NRT supplied the casino with peripheral devices from its retail division. Scanners, printers, and monitors continue to enhance operations in Casino Niagara’s cage and retail point-of-sale outlets.
NRT went on to develop a promotional self-service kiosk for Casino Niagara. Patrons swiped their Players Advantage Club cards for promotional draws and contest entry forms.
NRT conceived, developed, and installed its first QuickJack attendant services system for quick and efficient jackpot redemption of attendant-paid jackpots.
